UltimateReNamerJG is a free utility that lets you rename multiple files in one go. That renaming is done from the rules and criteria you decide.

The number of rules you can specify in UltimateReNamerJG is unlimited, letting you delete concrete parts of the filename or replace it with others. UltimateReNamerJG also lets you insert new text from the position you indicate (for example from the third character of the filename).

The established rules can be saved to be used on other ocassions. UltimateReNamerJG also automatically makes backups of the filenames before doing anything, in case you make a mistake and want to return to the previous status.
